Anjelica Doriety

Front of House Manager

Beginning her Seito career as a server and bartender, Anjelica excelled and found a passion for customer service.

After working as a lead for about a year, Anjelica quickly advanced to the Front of House Manager role where she worked to build a strong front of house team and work on cultivating a superior level service for the customer experience.

Anjelica is excited to continue to grow and learn with the Seito team!

Andres Romero

Bar Manager

Born and raised in south Florida to Colombian and Argentinean parents, Andres has had a passion for food, wine, drink and culture since a young age. He has traveled to many regions of the world to get a taste of life and culture in other places and he values experiences and personal connections over everything. He loves creating cocktails and working with unique Asian flavors.

Favorite spirit?
Hands down tequila/ mezcal. I love the flavor profile of the agave plant. So many different varieties depending on the grow region.  Works so well with acids and fruits great for any type of cocktail. The distilling process in some of the villages have been passed on from generation to generation and they have not changed a single thing about the process.

Favorite wine varietal?
I’m a sucker for a big cab. The bigger the better. I love Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich with tannins and dark fruit. Complete happiness for me is a big fat ribeye and a nice complex cab to go with it.

Ryo Yoshikawa

Head Sushi Chef

Originally from Osaka, Japan Chef Ryo has always had a passion for authentic Japanese Cuisine. At the age of 17 he began his career in the culinary field, and has worked with Seito Sushi for 6 years. Chef Ryo worked his way up to Head Sushi Chef by demonstrating his ability to bring the authentic and the unique together. He is always striving to see what new and exciting ideas he can bring to the Seito Menu.

Chef Ryo is looking forward to his future endeavors with the Seito Team.
